Together Housing Headlines Prestigious Dinner
The 1V Awards Dinner has announced its headline sponsor for 2023. Together Housing Association & Newground Together, both based in Blackburn, have previously been involved with the dinner and awards hosted by One Voice Blackburn.
One Voice Blackburn is a charity that aspires to create cohesive, aspirational and confident communities in Blackburn with Darwen. This will be the tenth annual dinner, hosting the 1V Awards. It will take place at King George’s Hall in late February 2023.
The event comprises of work celebrated by the charity, key note speakers, the 1V Awards, entertainment and concludes with a three-course meal. The 1V Awards Dinner is regarded as the largest and most prestigious community gathering in Blackburn with Darwen.
The 1V Awards Dinner was last held in October 2021 after numerous COVID-19 interruptions and was described as ‘breath-taking’ and ‘highly emotional’.
