2020 Vision is a project-based initiative created by One Voice Blackburn. It encompasses various social action programmes aimed at developing the next generation of leaders. It was launched in November 2015.

2020 Vision is also the recruitment ground for volunteers into the organisation. Many of these volunteers have then gone onto paid employment through the holiday club programmes.

2020 Vision is also a community think tank that will lend its views to local decision makers in shaping Blackburn with Darwen. Members are aged between 14 and 20. Some of the members are students at universities throughout the UK and beyond, who aim to give back to their communities through mentoring.
